(3) DY type inverted umbrella shaped impeller aerator
1. Purpose and Characteristics
Adopting a vertical cycloidal pinwheel reducer, it is directly connected to the inverted umbrella shaped impeller immersed in water through a coupling, and drives the impeller to rotate. Under the action of lifting and transporting water by the impeller, the liquid in the tank is vigorously stirred, constantly generating water jumps and circulating flow, and negative pressure is formed behind the impeller blades to suck in air, achieving the effect of oxygenation of sewage in the aeration tank. This device is often arranged as a single or multiple units in oxidation ditches and aeration tanks of different sizes for sewage biochemical treatment. Mainly used for Carrousel type oxidation ditch, installed at both ends of the ditch.

(4) DK type variable hole aeration hose (device)
(1) The new type of variable orifice aeration hose adopts a new concept of variable orifice, thin wall, straight channel, and clamping principle. Its pores can vary in size with the increase or decrease of air volume, making aeration more uniform and preventing blockage. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. The hose swells during aeration and is flattened when not aerated;
2. The thickness of the hose is only 2 millimeters, the airway is short and straight, and the pressure loss is small;
3. The pores present narrow and elongated slits, with a width that can vary within a certain range (from 0-200);
4. The inner and outer surfaces of the hose are very smooth and do not produce metal oxides, making it difficult to adhere to biofilms;
5. No need for air filtration equipment;
6. All surfaces of the hose have air holes that allow for aeration. The rising speed of bubbles is slow, and the air distribution is uniform;
7. Good acid and alkali resistance;
8. Aeration can be stopped at any time, and the duration of stopping aeration, regardless of its length, will not cause blockage temporarily;
9. Integrated assembly, combining the gas delivery pipe and aeration pipe into one;
10. It can be wrapped in curls, with small size, no breakage or cracking, convenient packaging and transportation, and low consumption;
11. Easy assembly, low horizontal requirements, and no need for additional pipeline equipment at the bottom of the pool;
12. High oxygen utilization rate and lower price compared to other microporous aerators.
(2) Scope of application
1. Variable orifice aeration hose is a new energy-saving aeration equipment used in biochemical treatment projects for industrial wastewater and urban domestic wastewater in industries such as petrochemicals, printing and dyeing, textiles and food, brewing, pharmaceuticals, leather making, papermaking, petroleum, etc.
2. When the efficiency of the already running aerator is not high, aeration hoses can be modified to improve treatment capacity and effectiveness, and can replace aeration heads and surface aerators.
3. Can be used for pre aeration in sewage regulating tanks to prevent sedimentation of large particles of mud and sand, and can also remove some organic matter.
4. Used for oxygenation in aquaculture.
